STEPS tobe followed by Citizens For Submitting/Lodging Grievance.
1. Click on the “Public Grievance Link” on main menu bar
2. On Webpage displayed ,Enter the following details in each textbox. Name Email Address Residence Address Mobile No., Grievance Details, Remedial Action.
3. Upload any supporting documents(if any) by clicking browse button. Maximum allowed size for attachments: 2 Megabytes. (pdf & jpeg Format)
4. Enter the Security answer as directed on screen and click on Save Button.
5. Once clicked on SAVE button a unique “IssueNumber” will be generated.
6. Please note the “IssueNumber” for tracking the status of the grievance in future.
For Checking Grievance Status
To check the grievance status in future anytime , click on the “Grievance Status ” link.
Enter “IssueNumber” in the textbox .Click on Submit button.
The present status of the Grievance will be shown.
